September 16, 2000 -- Modest reorganization of the site to start moving back to software consumer protection rather than focusing so intensely on UCITA.

• Software Engineering & UCITA -- published in the Journal of Computer and Information Law
• Why You Should Oppose UCITA -- published in the Computer Lawyer
• Archival Notes on the NCCUSL UCITA process -- this site's old What's New page had detailed notes on notes on the July 1999 meeting when UCITA was approved by NCCUSL. This is about 25 printed pages of text. Some people refer to it for background info, but it's not essential for current readers.
